These providers process information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy obligations. Your data may be stored on their servers, which are located in the United States or the European Union.

How we protect it

We keep your information on secure, access-controlled systems and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it against loss, theft and unauthorized access. Connections to the systems we use are encrypted.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as long as we're required to by law. If you become a client, we keep records for the duration of our work together and a reasonable period afterward. If you don't, and you ask us to remove your details, we will.
