Workville24 is the operating name of Workville Consulting, a business registered in New Brunswick, Canada ("Workville", "we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you fill in a form on our website or contact us directly, we collect the information you choose to give us:

- Your phone number and email address
- Anything you tell us about your business in your message
We do not ask for sensitive information through our forms, and we ask that you don't send it that way.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request and, if you'd like, to discuss how we can help your business. Specifically, to:

- Ask follow-up questions and prepare a plan for your case

Your consent
By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to us collecting and using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us — see below. If you withdraw it, we'll stop contacting you and, unless we're required to keep certain records, remove your details.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use trusted service providers to run our business — for example, the Bitrix24 platform, which stores our contact records and the systems we build. These providers process information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy obligations. Your data may be stored on their servers, which are located in the United States or the European Union.
How we protect it
We keep your information on secure, access-controlled systems and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it against loss, theft and unauthorized access. Connections to the systems we use are encrypted.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as long as we're required to by law. If you become a client, we keep records for the duration of our work together and a reasonable period afterward. If you don't, and you ask us to remove your details, we will.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it's wrong
- Ask us to delete it, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements
- Withdraw your consent to being contacted
