We build it, we run it, you just work. A complete business system with everything you need in one place, and a real team that sets it up, keeps it running, and every month shows you exactly where your business makes and loses money. You don't learn anything or figure anything out.
Is this you?
You don't lose money because you work badly. You lose it because no one can see what's actually happening. If any of these sound like you, we should talk.
Things fall through the cracks. A client wasn't called back, a task got forgotten, and you only find out when someone complains. Nobody's sure who was supposed to do what.
You can't see where you're losing money, or where your business could be earning more. The numbers are in people's heads, not in front of you.
You don't know which of your ads or channels actually bring paying clients, or why the ones you lose walk away.
A Digital Office fixes all three at once: one place where nothing gets lost, everyone knows their job, and you finally see the truth of your business — and someone who keeps it that way for you.
From chaos to clarity
Four steps. You start scattered across spreadsheets and chats. You end up with one system, a team that keeps it running, and a clear view of your money.
What's inside
The system we build holds everything you need to work: chats, tables, phone, messengers, deals, tasks. You see every part of your business on one screen. Think of it as an office floor plan, where every room is one job your business needs done. Tap a room to see what it does, in plain terms, and what it replaces.
◼ Tap a room to inspect it
Every inquiry gets checked in — no matter which door it walks through. Website forms, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and phone calls all land in one intake line, each with a name, a source and a person responsible.
See it for real
The same system works everywhere you do, on your computer, your laptop and your phone. And every tool you need is already wired into it: phone, messengers, email. No add-ons, no extra bills.
The part clients stay for
Not a dashboard you have to build and read yourself. A written review we prepare for you every month, in plain English, showing who's really performing, where your money comes from, and exactly what to do next. Most owners tell us it's the first time they've truly seen their own business.
| Manager | Reaction | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Katya R. | 22 min | Strong |
| Daniel P. | 95 min | Needs attention |
| Sarah M. | 48 min | Watch |
Same leads, different speed. You see who moves fast and who lets deals go cold, with real numbers, not gut feeling.
The three moves that would make you the most money this month, in order. This is the part no software gives you.
Bar shows revenue, not lead count. Referrals cost nothing and top the list, while Facebook costs $225 a lead for the least return. Now you know where to spend.
Side by side
You could. Buy a CRM, pay per seat, hire an integration agency to set it up, and take on someone to keep an eye on it, if you don't want to end up with a system nobody uses. Let's talk about the pros and cons.
| Typical big-name CRM | Workville Digital Office | |
|---|---|---|
| Software licence | $25–100 per user, per month — grows with every hire | ✓Flat platform fee shared by the whole team |
| Setup around your processes | ✕Not included — hire an agency ($5,000–15,000) | ✓Included in the monthly fee |
| A person who runs it & supports your team | ✕Not included — help center and tickets | ✓Included — a real person who answers |
| Ongoing improvements & monthly review of your numbers | ✕Not included | ✓Included in every plan |
| Cost per seat as your team grows | Goes up — linearly, forever | ✓Goes down — the flat fee spreads across more people |
The service
Every system is built around how your business actually works, never a template we hand everyone. You get that system, plus the licences, the phone, the support and a monthly review of your numbers, so it always stays current and working. Everything in one monthly price. The tools alone are easy to buy. Making them work in your business is the job, and that is the part we do.
Included 01
The full platform licence is part of your monthly fee. No separate software bill, no per-seat charges as you hire.
Included 02
WhatsApp, Telegram, forms, email, SMS, all connected into one intake line so nothing lands in a personal inbox and disappears.
Included 03
A working phone line inside the system: calls logged, recorded and tied to the right client. We set it up and keep it running (call minutes billed separately).
Included 04
Reminders, follow-ups, task assignment and stage rules, built so the system nudges your team instead of you chasing them.
Included 05
A real person keeps it running: access for new hires, fixes, questions from your team. You never file a ticket into the void.
Included 06
A written report every month: where deals stall, where money leaks, what to fix next. Plain English, one page.
Pricing
You don't pay $10,000 up front for an "implementation project". You pay a flat monthly fee and get a working system plus the team that runs it. All prices in CAD.
For teams of 3 to 10 people
For teams of 11 to 50 people
For teams of 50+ people
The real math
Building it yourself is never just a subscription. It is the software, plus an agency to set it up, plus paying per person, plus your own hours keeping it alive. Here is the full monthly cost of that path next to ours. Drag the slider. All prices in CAD.
Your team size
Both columns include everything: licences, setup, support and improvements.
Do it yourself
Digital Office all-in
Comparison basis: published mid-tier pricing for comparable functionality (automation, reporting, integrations) at $140/seat/mo with volume discounts on larger teams, plus typical implementation ($5,000–25,000 by team size) and annual maintenance. Your quotes may vary — bring one, we'll do the math together.
How it works
Four stages. You keep running your business the whole time — we do the heavy lifting.
Stage 1
Before building anything, we map how your business actually runs — where inquiries come from, how deals move, where they die. This survey alone usually finds money.
Stage 2
Pipelines, automations, phone lines, messenger channels, reports — built around your business, starting with what matters most. Typical first build: 1–2 weeks.
Stage 3
We migrate your client base, hand out the keys, and train every role with short video guides and written instructions. We stay close through the first weeks until working here feels normal.
Stage 4
Ongoing administration, support and improvements — plus a written monthly review of your numbers with clear recommendations. The system never gets abandoned. Neither do you.
Why I built this
"Owners kept telling me the same story. A huge bill to get started, and then no idea what to do with the thing they'd bought. They saw digital systems as something that would just pull more and more money out of them, month after month. So I built the opposite: one clear product, easy to use, at a price that makes sense, and a team that stays and keeps it working. That's the whole point of what I do."

And the data agrees
Research puts the CRM failure rate at around 55% — more than half of systems never deliver what they promised. The cause is rarely the technology: studies attribute over 60% of failures to people and process, poor adoption, no training, and no one keeping the system aligned as the business changes. Only about 6–10% come down to the platform itself.
The pattern is consistent. A system survives for one reason: someone owns it, keeps the team using it, and adapts it as the business shifts. Left to run on its own, it quietly fades within a year, no matter how good the software was on day one.
