Workville — We set up and run your business system. CRM, tasks, calls in one place.
For lease: a digital office · Teams of 3–50

An office your whole business runs from. From $590/month. Manager included.

The Digital Office is a business system we build around your processes and then run for you: every lead, deal, task and call in one place — nothing gets lost, and you finally see what's actually happening. No $10,000 implementation project. No per-seat pricing that punishes you for hiring. All prices in CAD.

Is this for you?

You need a Digital Office if any of this sounds familiar

Most small businesses don't lose money because they work badly. They lose it because no one can see what's actually happening. If you nod at even three of these, we should talk.

01

You can't see the real state of your business — sales, workload, what's stuck — without asking people.

02

Your team forgets tasks and follow-ups, and things slip through the cracks.

03

Leads and clients get lost — nobody's sure who was supposed to reply, or when.

04

You don't know which ads actually work — where your paying clients really come from.

05

All your client data lives in your employees' phones and heads — and walks out the door when they leave.

06

Onboarding a new hire is painful — no clear system, everything explained by hand.

07

You want to cut the physical office and run a real remote team — without losing control.

08

Client chats and team communication are scattered across a dozen apps — WhatsApp, email, notes, memory.

A Digital Office fixes all eight at once: one place where nothing gets lost, everyone knows their job, and you see the truth of your business at a glance — from anywhere.

The real math

"Per seat" pricing hides the real number. Here it is.

Big CRMs quote a price per user — it sounds small. What the quote leaves out: the implementation project, the maintenance, the add-ons. Below is the full monthly cost, side by side. Drag the slider. All prices in CAD.

Your team size

10 people

Both columns include everything: licences, setup, support and improvements.

Typical big-name CRM

$1,920 /month
  • Licences$1,400
  • Implementation$417
  • Maintenance & changes$104

Digital Office · all-in

$590 /month
  • Studio — everything included$590
  • Licences & setupIncluded
  • Separate implementation fee$0
You keep $15,970 a year vs. a comparable per-seat CRM with implementation

Comparison basis: published mid-tier pricing for comparable functionality (automation, reporting, integrations) at $140/seat/mo with volume discounts on larger teams, plus typical implementation ($5,000–25,000 by team size) and annual maintenance. Your quotes may vary — bring one, we'll do the math together.

Side by side

What per-seat CRMs sell you vs. what you actually need

Big-name CRMs sell software. A business needs a working system — which is software plus the setup, the support and the person responsible for it.

Typical big-name CRM Workville Digital Office
Software licence $25–100 per user, per month — grows with every hire Flat platform fee shared by the whole team
Setup around your processes Not included — hire an agency ($5,000–15,000) Included in the monthly fee
A person who runs it & supports your team Not included — help center and tickets Included — a real person who answers
Ongoing improvements & monthly review of your numbers Not included Included in every plan
Cost per seat as your team grows Goes up — linearly, forever Goes down — the flat fee spreads across more people

Reception

Every inquiry gets checked in — no matter which door it walks through. Website forms, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and phone calls all land in one intake line, each with a name, a source and a person responsible.

  • No lead ever waits at the door or gets lost
  • Replaces: sticky notes, personal inboxes, "I thought you replied"

The service

You don't just get software. You get the person who runs it.

Software alone dies in six months — someone has to keep it alive and useful. That someone is included in the monthly fee.

Service 01

Support that answers

A real person keeps the system running: access for new hires, fixes, questions from your team. You never file a ticket into the void.

Service 02

Monthly review of your numbers

Every month you get a written report: where deals stall, where money leaks, what to fix next — with concrete recommendations for each process and each person. Plain English, one page.

Service 03

Team training

We train every person on their part of the system — managers, sales, the owner. Short video guides and written instructions they can rewatch any time, no jargon.

Service 04

Changes & improvements

Your business changes. Within your plan hours we adjust pipelines, add automations and build new reports as you grow.

Pricing

One monthly fee. No setup fee. No surprises.

You don't pay $10,000 up front for an "implementation project". You pay a flat monthly fee and get a working system plus the team that runs it. All prices in CAD.

Studio

3–10 people
$590 /month CAD

For teams of 3 to 10 people

  • The full office — same features, smaller team
  • 4 hours/month of support & administration
  • 2 hours/month of improvements & new automations
  • Monthly review of your numbers & recommendations
  • All channels wired: phone, WhatsApp, forms, email
  • Team training & onboarding included

Floor

50+ people
$1,890 /month CAD

For teams of 50+ people

  • The full office, built for a large team
  • 14 hours/month of support & administration
  • 8 hours/month of improvements & new automations
  • Monthly review of your numbers & recommendations
  • Priority response & custom integrations
  • Extra messenger channels included
Pricing — the honest version Everything is in one price. The platform, messenger connectors and setup are all included in your monthly fee — no per-seat charges, no separate licence bills. The one thing billed to you directly is phone minutes (they depend on your call volume); we set the telephony up and keep it running. Minimum term: 6 months (that covers the build), then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Everything runs on Bitrix24 — a platform used by 15+ million organizations — which is why the whole thing costs less than one desk in a downtown coworking space. And the account is yours: if we ever part ways, the system stays with you.

How it works

From first message to a working system in about two weeks

Four stages. You keep running your business the whole time — we do the heavy lifting.

Stage 1

We map your business

Before building anything, we map how your business actually runs — where inquiries come from, how deals move, where they die. This survey alone usually finds money.

Stage 2

We build the system

Pipelines, automations, phone lines, messenger channels, reports — assembled from a proven layout, adjusted to your floor. Typical build: 1–2 weeks.

Stage 3

Your team starts working in it

We migrate your client base, hand out the keys, and train every role with short video guides and written instructions. We stay close through the first weeks until working here feels normal.

Stage 4

We keep it running

Ongoing administration, support and improvements — plus a written monthly review of your numbers with clear recommendations. The system never gets abandoned. Neither do you.

Who runs it

Vladimir Zamelan

"In most businesses I look into, the problem isn't where the owner thinks it is. Finding the real leak — that's the job. Fixing it is the easy part."

Why this matters

Systems without a person behind them fall apart in six months.

Every business that buys software and walks away ends up in the same place six months later: half the team stopped using it, the data went stale, and the owner is back to asking around in chats. A system stays alive for one reason — someone is responsible for it. With us, someone is.

The monthly review

Every month you get a written breakdown: which deals stalled and why, which channel brings clients that actually pay, where hours leak — with specific recommendations for each process and person. One page, plain language, read it when it suits you. Most owners tell us it's the first time they've truly seen their own business.

Before you sign

Fair questions

What exactly am I paying for every month?
A working system and the person who runs it. The fee covers administration, support for your team, improvements within your plan hours, and the monthly written review of your numbers. Everything is in one price — we tell you your full monthly number up front.
We're tiny — 3 people. Is this overkill?
The smaller the team, the more each lost inquiry hurts. The Base plan exists exactly for you: the essentials, none of the enterprise clutter. And the system grows with you — adding pieces later takes days, not another project.
What if we cancel after it's built?
The system is yours — it's built on your own account, and it stays with you if we part ways. The minimum term is 6 months, which covers the build. After that, month-to-month. Most clients stay because the monthly reviews keep paying for themselves, not because a contract says so.
Why is it so much cheaper than a CRM implementation quote I got?
Traditional implementation is a custom project: a big upfront fee, a long build, then you're on your own. We build from a proven template, spread the cost into a monthly fee, and stay on to run it. Same result, different economics — and you're never left holding an abandoned system.
My team hates new software. Honestly — will they use it?
Adoption is our job, not yours. We train each role separately on their part of the system only, in their language, and we stay close through the first weeks. A system nobody uses is wasted money — we don't consider the job done until your team actually works in it.
